Exchanges and Returns
For a successful exchange due to sizing errors, customers must ensure that their order meets the below conditions:
- in original packaging with tag(s) intact
- unused, free of stains, blemishes and/or any defects
The exchange cannot be allowed if the above conditions are not met.
1. Email us at hello@a7singapore.com within 5 working days from the date of shipment/ 14 working days for overseas orders. Indicate
- Name
- Order number
- Item for exchange
- Reason for return
We will get back to you within 1 working day to advise you on the next course of action.
2. Once your request is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange for an exchange in person or via postage.
3. In the event that the exchange cannot be done in person, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe return of the package to us. It is highly recommended to return the item(s) by Signed For (Registered) post or other traceable service. Upon receipt and approved inspection of the item, we can then mail the exchanged product back to you.
All shipping costs in 3) will be borne by the customer.
A7 Singapore will not be liable for any mail lost via non-traceable delivery methods.
Exchanges for competition gear (singlets/ knee sleeves/ belts):
As there will be strictly no exchanges for competition gear, ensure careful reference to the size guide to make your most accurate purchase decision. Alternatively, drop us a Whatsapp at +65 8802 2877 should you have additional queries.

2) Returns:
In the unfortunate event that your order is defective, contact us at hello@a7singapore.com or +65 within 7 working days from the date of shipment/ 14 working days for overseas orders.
i. In your email or text message, indicate:
- Name
- Order number
- Photo(s) of defective item
Ensure that your item has not been used or worn for any training purposes. We will get back to you within 1 working days to advise you on the next course of action.
ii. Once your request is confirmed, we will proceed to mail you a new piece of item (of the same value) within 2-3 working days.
